For profit purpose you can make youe own label of clothes and when your guests pre-set their clothes you can tell them your price of clothes and it is your profit in both the ways, the charges of pre-setting guest’s wardrob e would be 50rs (50 rupees as example) and the charges of clothes they choose also would be chargeable at a very low margin so that your guest can enjoy the hotel pre-seeting wardrobe system and will again visit your hote.

The most important part of every hotel room is the mini bar(in-rooom fridge) !!!! , seriously because of so much price none of the guests take anything from the mini bar( in room fridge ) and they have to go all they some other place to buy chips , beverages , beers and water bottle . Profit point: rather you can make your own hotel’s healthy stuff or chips , chocolates , snacks whatever you want your chef’s to make and keep it in the fridge , beverage from outside. This could be very profitable and will be loved by 100% of your guests. Profitable and loving idea. As this is the same problem that i face whenever opening the mini bar.
3.earbuds should be provided for free so that none of the guests get disturbed by noises and construction sites.
4.family room , according to my family which is very huge approximately 20 people , there should be a family in every hotel , the family room should be connected to the room of the guest so that when they gather the come to be a huge dining room called the “family room”.
The family room has to be chargeable to the family which is staying at a profitable price and there should be all the amenities provided to the guests
5. Technology : rather than keeping a menu card, u can use ipads in the room with no password and it could be like all the dish names on the ipad and when u add to card all ur dish there should pe a “special request” so that guest can write their special needs if they want . U can use the same technique in the restaurantz too.
